Shes Hooked: December 2nd 1978

Today is my birthday and if you are good at math, you already know that I am 33. Techincally at 11:54pm! I definitely do not feel my age. It is weird to think that I am in my thirties and onward to my mid-thirties. I have always worked on my birthday and today I decided I was going to stay home and do what I wanted to do! So my day so far has been crocheting on my blanket and watching one of my favorites. I had to go on ebay and get the second season as I can hardly ever catch it on tv anymore.

I was awakend at 7:30 this morning by my step-mother calling to wish me a happy birthday. She was very excited that she was the first to call today. Shortly afterwards my boyfriend made me a special birthday breakfast! M&M pancakes with bananas and eggs ( he forgot the bacon) and it was delish!

I do not expect anything for my birthday and that is probably because it is in the same month as Christmas. Both sets of my parents sent their gifts and I was very pleased. The west coast parents send a beautiful pair of Jade earrings and a few other doo-dads. The east coast parents sent a wonderfully handmade necklace. I am such a sucker for handmade jewelry. I will try to post pictures later. My boyfriend was freaking out over what to get me and I was pleasantly surprised when he told me two weeks ago that he had figured it out. I am the type of person that does not need anything. I am quite content and if I want something then I buy it when I can. Let me tell you that I was so blown away!!!!
